The Lower East Side Festival of the Arts

Theater for the New City has scheduled over 200 performing arts organizations, independent artists, poets, puppeteers, and filmmakers for its 29th annual Lower East Side Festival of the Arts. A cohort of theater, dance, performance, music, film, literary, and visual artists are participating on all three days, corresponding with the theme “Democracy: Use it or Lose it."
Saturday afternoon, the Outdoor Stage will feature a mix of performances, including music, comedy, theater, and poetry.
