Join Moustafa El-Sayed of Mombar, a destination for traditional Egyptian cuisine, as you learn to make Alexandria-style liver!

While it may be a polarizing dish, Alexandria-style liver offers something most other liver dishes don’t - flavor!

Cooked and simmered in an array of spices, this dish originated in coastal Alexandria before becoming a staple throughout Egypt for being both nutritious and delicious.

Getting hands-on, guests will learn to prepare, marinate and cook Alexandrian liver before sitting down to a 5-course Egyptian feast!

Throughout the class, you’ll get to hear stories from Moustafa and his larger than life personality.

As he spills the tea, guests will also enjoy specialty Mint and Hibiscus teas.
