This January, Savoia Americano – the only vegan-certified vino aperitivo – will be celebrating the world of vegan food and drink with the launch of ‘Vegan Road’.

From January 11, 2024 - February 11,2024, the low-ABV aperitivo made with 100% natural ingredients will be partnering with The Chester at The Gansevoort Hotel – one of the most iconic restaurants in the Meatpacking District – to offer guests a limited-edition libation, The Savoia Bellini. Perfect for those looking to enjoy a mindful start to the year, the cocktail is made to align with the growing trend towards a plant-based lifestyle.

Ingredients: 1 oz Savoia 3 oz Peach Pure Prosecco Top Up

Inspiration: Meatpacking and The Chester are traditionally brunch destinations, so the idea behind the cocktail is to celebrate the brunch moment. What better way to celebrate than with a twist on a classic Bellini, educating consumers about “Veganuary” and conscious drinking. One more reason to celebrate Marsala, Venice and Italy!
