Commemorating the 55th anniversary of the The Stonewall Uprising, David Driver’s The Stonewall Jukebox: A Documentary Concert tells the unknown and profoundly uplifting story of how The Stonewall Uprising came to be, and how it continues to impact contemporary LGBTQ+ culture. Brought vividly to life with a one-of-a-kind cast of guest singers and narrators including the voice of downtown NYC Michael Musto, acclaimed playwright and singer-songwriter Stew (Passing Strange, The Negro Problem), beloved fashion icon Machine Dazzle (Taylor Mac), the Drag Chanteuse of NYC Castrata, queer burlesque legend Tigger!, Broadway's Aisha de Haas, Everett Bradley (Bon Jovi, Springsteen) and many more, proceeds will benefit The Stonewall Community Foundation.

Through musical performances interwoven with contemporaneous texts pulled from magazines, books, interviews, and songs that were played at The Stonewall Inn, the show pays homage to the very real people who lived, fought, and survived The Stonewall Uprising, and sheds a light on the social and political climate that paved the way for those remarkable events.

Tickets include access to the 20th Century Megamix Dance Party immediately following, featuring the best of the best danceable tracks from the 60s and 70s with a special live performance from NYC Pop Recording Artivist & transgender star Mila Jam (RENT, Chaka Khan).
