For the Love of Creativity with CLoD: Private Studio Visit & Artist Talk
This Valentine’s week, you’re invited for an intimate studio visit and fireside chat with Venezuelan artist, Claudia Echeverria at her beautiful 28 Liberty St studio.
Advanced ticket purchase required here
Known as CLoD, Claudia is driven by a fascination with human behavior and a deep desire to express it through vibrant, whimsical paintings. Her work is an exploration of the complexities of identity, social norms, and how we construct our own realities.
On Thursday February 15th, Claudia will be sharing her stunning studio with us and telling us more about her journey from the corporate world to the creative one and from Venezuale to Miami to NYC (and everywhere in between). She will share the trials and tribulations it took for her to get where she is today, and why she firmly believes in the power of both women and creativity.
This intimate evening will be a unique opportunity to learn more about a contemporary living artist and experience her work in process, while also bonding with fellow art-full women over wine and snacks.
Better yet, proceeds will benefit Art on the Ave NYC, a community-based initiative that seeks to revitalize neighborhoods by placing the work of emerging artists in vacant storefronts with a mission to provoke dialogue through art, increase accessibility, and bring communities together.
