Get your weekend off to an energizing start at ART Williamsburg, Arlo Williamsburg’s iconic rooftop with breathtaking views of the NYC skyline for YO BK Power Yoga every Friday morning at 9 a.m! BYO mat and water for Power Yoga, an athletic flow suitable for all skill levels, so bring a friend or come to make some! The session will include sun salutations, warriors, balancing postures, inversion, backbends and deep stretches for a full body workout featuring familiar yoga favorites.
