Founded by legendary blues guitarist B.B. King in 2000, B.B. King Blues Club & Grill offers an intimate opportunity for patrons to both have a meal and catch a great, live act. The venue has a capacity for 1,000 people. Legendary acts such as B.B. King himself, Buddy Guy, Chaka Khan, Pat Benatar, Etta James, Gregg Allman, Jonny Lang and countless others have performed there.
Inside B.B. King’s is a second venue, Lucille's Bar & Grill, named after B.B. King's guitar, that also offers great live entertainment earlier in the evening.
B.B. King’s is easily accessible by subway; best bet is to take an A/C/E train to 42nd Street/Port Authority and walk over.
