In the new science, attention is what changes a possibility into a probability, to create what we perceive as reality. It is what calls things into being.

So how do we "pay attention" and wield this enormous power over our health and experience of Life?
Attention is nothing more than energy directed -- and everything is energy.
Conscious or not, everything we say and do, eat and drink, the thoughts we think, the places we put ourselves, what we expose ourselves to and the information we absorb (sound, images, chemicals, mood, weather, radiation, etc.) is a form of instruction. Our molecules and our cells run with it.
Energy is neutral. There is no judgment of "good" or "bad." There is only manifestation according to energetic laws.
So take a moment to ask yourself, "Where is YOUR attention?" What are you doing with the power you hold? Are you creating causes for thriving? Or designing an obstacle course?
