The David Coss Jazz Quartet will perform and serve as the "master of ceremonies" for the evening. Entrée options include: Lobster Ravioli; Linguini with Tomato, Basil and Ricotta Salata; Roasted Garlic Crusted Chicken; Banana Crusted Mahi Mahi; Penne a la Vodka; Oven Roasted Sesame Crusted Salmon; Garage Shrimp; and Stuffed Breast of Chicken.
