On Wednesday, April 17, Molyvos Executive Chef Jim Botsacos honors the distinct culinary heritage and unique wines of the Greek Island of Santorini by welcoming Chef Nikos Boukis of Restaurant Selene into the Molyvos kitchen for a collaborative wine-paired dinner. The four-course dinner ($75) featuring imaginative dishes from Chef Boukis with wines paired by Molyvos Sommelier Kamal Kouiri is part of “Taste Santorini,”a series of events taking place in New York City from April 16-19.
In honor of the event, Molyvos is also offering 25 wines from Santorini by-the-glass throughout the month of April.
