Taking a cue from The Who's Tommy, Pink Floyd's The Wall, and Green Day's American Idiot, THE TWELVE is a rock band concept album with all the theatricality of a Broadway show. For one night only at the famed B.B. King Blues Club, see the show that has audiences raving!

THE TWELVE takes one of the most well known stories in history and explores one of the least known and most intriguing aspects of it: how twelve ordinary individuals torn apart by the unthinkable death of their leader came together to create one of the most powerful movements ever known to mankind.

A thrilling rock and roll concert set in the context of an underground rock band performing what might be their last concert together, THE TWELVE is led by special guest artist Tony Vincent who just finished starring on Broadway as St. Jimmy in American Idiot, as "Tom". The show will also feature VH1's Best Undiscovered Artist, Sophia Ramos, who toured as a featured vocalist with Rage Against the Machine and Soundgarden in the Lollapalooza tour, as "Mary Magdelene". Also in the cast is former lead singer of Trans Siberian Orchestra Michael Lanning as "Matthew", and Elaine Caswell (Mick Jagger, Cyndi Lauper, Cher) as "The Roadie".

Joining them will be a cast of Broadway and National Tour veterans including Ron Bohmer (The Phantom of the Opera, Les Miserables, Ragtime) as "Peter", Capathia Jenkins (Martin Short: Fame Becomes Me, The Civil War) as "Mother Mary", Lawrence Clayton (Dreamgirls, Les Miserables) as "Simon", and DUSTIN BRAYLEY (Rent) as "Bart", along with Musical Director Wendy Bobbitt Cavett. THE TWELVE is produced by Leftfield Productions and Adam Friedson.

This original rock and roll score is in the classic style of some of rock and rolls greatest bands including U2, The Beatles, Bruce Springsteen, David Bowie, Janis Joplin, Eric Clapton, Led Zepplin, Metallica, Aretha Franklin, and Nirvana.

Robert Schenkkan is the Pultizer Prize winning playwright of the much acclaimed The Kentucky Cycle. Other stage credits include twelve full length plays, and two musicals. Robert was recently nominated for two Emmys for his writing on Tom Hanks and HBO's award winning miniseries, "The Pacific." He is currently adapting and co-Executive Producing Taylor Branch's Pulitzer prize winning trilogy, "America In The Time Of King" as a seven part mini-series for HBO and Harpo productions, and adapting the Eisner winning graphic novel, INCOGNITO, as a feature for Fox and Peter Chernin.

Neil Berg was the songwriter and musical director for the rock band Joe D'Urso and Stone Caravan on the 100 Year Anniversary Concert Tour for Harley Davidson, playing alongside such bands and artists as Aerosmith, Bob Dylan, Kid Rock, and Journey. He is the composer of the upcoming film Goat, starring Armand Assante, Ice-T, and Ja Rule. Neil is well known in the Broadway community as the composer/lyricist of The Prince and the Pauper, Hexed in the City, False Prophets, and the upcoming Broadway musical, Grumpy Old Men.

"THE TWELVE is going to be a hit! I loved it and you will too!" - two-time Tony Award winning director Richard Maltby, Jr.
